- Conduct market analysis to identify and target new client opportunities in these industries.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients and engage in networking to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the engineering and construction recruitment sectors.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Compensation
$80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
