Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships, earning trust through consistent, high-quality service.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market insights.
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Expand your professional network while representing MatchBox with credibility and expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally from sectors such as construction, energy, engineering, industrial services, accounting & finance, or professional services or a fast-paced, results oriented b2b sales environment. Experience in recruitment is nice to have but not required.
- Demonstrated drive, accountability, and professionalism — balanced with creativity and transparency.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Post-secondary education in business, human resources, engineering, commerce, or a related field.

Compensation
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
