What You’ll Do

Develop and grow relationships with senior decision-makers across the IT sector.
Drive new business acquisition and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Use modern sales tools and market insights to fuel your pipeline.
Represent MatchBox at industry events and within professional networks.
Partner closely with recruitment teams to deliver a standout client experience.

What You Bring

At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or B2B service sales, ideally in IT or professional services.
A record of new business wins, account growth, or client relationships you’re ready to build on.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
Motivation, resilience, and the drive to scale your career.

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
